About RHCards
RHCards is a financial technology project operated by RHCards LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. RHCards is not a bank. This website provides product information and a way to register interest in RHCards.
Joining the waitlist does not open an account, issue a payment card, provide credit, or purchase an investment. Card artwork is illustrative. Company names, logos, and asset examples do not imply affiliation, endorsement, or confirmed product support.
Capital at risk
Digital assets and tokenized investments can lose value, including their entire value. Prices may change rapidly. Past performance, illustrative examples, and descriptions of potential returns do not predict future results.
Tokenization does not itself generate yield. Any investment return depends on the underlying instrument or strategy and may be offset by fees, taxes, losses, and financing costs. No return or preservation of capital is guaranteed.
Deposit protection
Digital assets and tokenized investments are not bank deposits and are not insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). Holding an asset through a financial technology service does not make it an insured deposit.
Do not assume that a card interface, a familiar company name, or a relationship with a financial institution protects an investment against market losses or the failure of a token issuer, custodian, or other nonbank provider.
What a token represents
A token referencing a stock or other asset may not give you direct ownership of that asset, shareholder status, voting rights, dividend rights, or a direct claim against the underlying company. The issuer’s documentation determines the rights attached to an instrument.
Prices can differ from the referenced asset. Trading hours, redemption conditions, corporate actions, issuer solvency, and legal restrictions can affect value and the ability to sell or redeem.
Liquidity, custody, and technology
Markets may become illiquid or unavailable. You may be unable to sell an asset at the expected time or price. Issuer, exchange, custody, or service-provider failure may delay access to assets or result in losses.
Blockchains and smart contracts carry technical and operational risks, including bugs, attacks, network congestion, failed transactions, and irreversible transfers. Loss or compromise of credentials may lead to permanent loss. Third-party services and network outages can interrupt access.
Spending, conversion, and borrowing
The financial consequences of spending depend on the applicable product and funding arrangement. Selling assets to fund a payment can realize gains or losses and may create a tax obligation. Currency conversion may involve a spread or other charges.
Borrowing against assets, where offered under a separate agreement, creates a repayment obligation and can involve interest, collateral requirements, margin calls, or liquidation. A decline in collateral value may result in forced sales and losses. Read the relevant product terms before accepting any arrangement.
Availability and verification
Features, supported assets, fees, limits, and eligibility depend on the applicable program, service provider, location, and law. Access to this website does not establish access to a regulated financial service.
Identity verification may be required by applicable law or a provider. References to non-KYC access are not a guarantee that every feature or limit is available without identity checks. A service may restrict, suspend, or decline access under its applicable rules.
Your decisions
Website content is not personalized financial, investment, legal, or tax advice and is not an offer to sell securities. Consider your circumstances, understand the rights and risks of an instrument, and review the agreements that govern it before making a decision.
