Scope and acceptance
These Terms of Service govern your use of rhcards.fun, its beta dashboard, and its waitlist, operated by RHCards LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“RHCards,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website or dashboard, or submitting the waitlist form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit the form.
These terms cover the website, beta dashboard, and waitlist. They are not a cardholder agreement, credit agreement, custody agreement, or investment-management agreement. Any financial product you apply for or use is subject to its own eligibility requirements, disclosures, and agreements.
Eligibility and your information
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into these terms to use the dashboard or join the waitlist. Use an email address you control and provide accurate information. Do not submit another person’s details without authorization, impersonate someone else, or use the website in violation of applicable law.
Access to this website does not establish eligibility for a card, credit, or an investment product. Product availability can differ by location and applicable requirements.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist records your interest and your request to receive RHCards launch updates. It is free and does not involve a deposit, a purchase, a wallet connection, or a commitment to invest.
A waitlist signup does not open a financial account, reserve credit, guarantee card approval, establish priority, or guarantee access to any product. Product descriptions and design imagery provide general information and do not themselves constitute an offer of financial services.
You may leave the waitlist by contacting hello@rhcards.fun from the email address you used to sign up.
The beta dashboard
The dashboard lets you connect a supported wallet, submit a beta card request, manage your profile, and track your request’s status. Submitting a request is free and does not issue or activate a card. A request marked “Under review” is pending; it is not an approval or a payment credential.
Card activation is subject to approval, eligibility, program availability, and any required agreements or verification. Submission does not guarantee activation or a particular activation time. Card artwork shows your selected design and does not represent an active payment card.
Wallet sign-in verifies control of a public address using a message. It does not authorize a blockchain transaction or token approval. Each wallet has a separate account. Keep your wallet and device secure; never share private keys or seed phrases. Sessions expire after seven days, and you can return by signing in with the same wallet.
The beta dashboard does not currently accept deposits, issue deposit addresses, execute trades, or enable card payments. Do not transfer assets to an address represented as a dashboard deposit address. Card-request exports record your request, not funds, an invoice, or financial ownership.
We may limit access or suspend abusive requests to protect the service. For help with your request or account, contact hello@rhcards.fun.
Acceptable use
You may use the website for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or nonpublic data.
- Disrupt the service, bypass rate limits, or submit spam or malicious code.
- Misrepresent your identity or your relationship with RHCards.
- Use the website to infringe another person’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- Copy or present the site in a way that falsely suggests affiliation or endorsement.
We may restrict access or remove abusive submissions where reasonably necessary to protect the website, other users, or legal obligations. Nothing here prevents activity protected by applicable law.
Financial information and risk
Website content is general information, not personalized investment, legal, tax, or credit advice. It does not take account of your financial position, objectives, or risk tolerance. You are responsible for obtaining advice appropriate to your circumstances before making a financial decision.
Digital assets and tokenized investments carry risks, including loss of capital. Descriptions of possible features, assets, or returns are not guarantees. Read the Risk Disclosures for further information. RHCards is not a bank.
Content and intellectual property
RHCards and its licensors retain their rights in the website’s branding, design, software, and original content. These terms permit you to access and use the site for its intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership or grant a right to use RHCards branding as your own.
Third-party names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Illustrative company names and artwork do not establish a partnership, endorsement, card-network affiliation, or entitlement to an underlying asset.
Third-party services and links
The website may link to services or resources controlled by others. Their own terms and privacy policies govern those services. We do not control third-party content or guarantee its accuracy, security, or availability. A link does not, by itself, imply endorsement.
Availability and responsibility
We take care in presenting the website, but it may contain errors or experience interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of uninterrupted access, error-free content, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, RHCards is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website, such as lost profits or business opportunities. This provision does not exclude or limit liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains the information collected through the website, dashboard, and waitlist, its use, and how to make a privacy request. Please read it before submitting personal information.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms to reflect changes to the website or applicable law. The revision date appears at the top of this page. Changes apply prospectively, subject to any notice or consent required by law. If you do not agree to revised terms, you may stop using the website and request removal from the waitlist.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Delaware law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory protections under the law of your place of residence apply. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law gives you.
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.
