Who we are

RHCards LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, operates rhcards.fun and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. In this policy, “RHCards,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to RHCards LLC.

This policy covers our website, beta dashboard, waitlist, and communications relating to them. For privacy questions or requests, contact hello@rhcards.fun.

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, the time of your signup, and the version of the signup notice associated with it. If you contact us, we receive your email address and the information you include in your message.

Dashboard and wallet information. Wallet sign-in shares your public wallet address and network with RHCards. We receive a signed, single-use message to verify ownership; we do not receive your private key or seed phrase. We store the wallet address, account identifier, session information, optional profile and billing details you enter, and your card request, selected design, contact email, submission time, and review status. We use card-request information to manage beta access and respond to your request. We do not read your actual wallet balances or transaction history. Records from the former demonstration dashboard remain separate from beta requests and do not represent real funds or issued cards.

Technical information. Connecting to the website makes information such as your IP address, request time, requested page, and browser or device details available to our hosting infrastructure. The website also temporarily uses an IP address to limit repeated signup, sign-in, and dashboard requests and protect the service.

The waitlist does not request payment details, identity documents, wallet credentials, private keys, or investment holdings. Please do not send passwords, seed phrases, or other sensitive credentials in a message to us.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Record and manage your interest in RHCards.
  • Authenticate your wallet, save your dashboard, and manage your beta card request and provide account records you request.
  • Provide the launch updates you request.
  • Answer questions and handle privacy requests.
  • Operate the website, diagnose problems, and prevent spam or misuse.
  • Meet applicable legal obligations and establish or protect legal rights.

Submitting the waitlist form records your interest. It does not create a financial account, connect a wallet, or initiate a payment.

Service providers and sharing

Our website, dashboard, and databases are hosted on Railway. Infrastructure providers process information needed to deliver, secure, and maintain the service. Email providers process messages sent to or from our contact address. Information may also be accessed by people authorized to operate RHCards or assist with a request.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information when required by law or a valid legal process, or when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or threats to legal rights. If the business is reorganized or transferred, relevant information may be transferred with it, subject to applicable law and privacy obligations.

Cookies and tracking

The dashboard uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and protect wallet authentication. A session cookie lasts up to seven days; a wallet challenge cookie lasts up to five minutes. Signing out clears your session. Blocking these cookies prevents dashboard sign-in. These cookies are not used for advertising.

The website does not use analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies. Fonts and brand assets are served with the website. The website does not track your activity across other websites.

We do not change our data practices in response to a browser’s Do Not Track signal because we do not conduct cross-site tracking. There is no advertising sale or sharing to opt out of on this website.

Retention and security

Waitlist records and dashboard records are stored to provide their respective services and are not subject to automatic expiry. Session access expires after seven days; expiration or clearing a browser cookie does not delete the associated account records. You can request removal by emailing hello@rhcards.fun. Records may be retained where required by law or necessary to resolve a dispute, address abuse, or document a request. Copies in provider backups or technical logs may remain according to the provider’s retention processes.

The site uses HTTPS, keeps account and waitlist databases outside publicly served files, and limits repeated signup, sign-in, and dashboard requests. No website, transmission method, or storage system can guarantee complete security.

Your choices and rights

You can choose not to submit your email or connect a wallet, and optional profile fields can be left blank. Card-request records can be downloaded from the Activity section. For a wallet account privacy request, include the public wallet address and network; we may ask you to verify ownership through sign-in. Never send a private key or seed phrase. To leave the waitlist, withdraw your request for updates, correct an email address, or ask for access to or deletion of your information, email hello@rhcards.fun from the address concerned and describe your request.

Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, appeal a decision on a request, or complain to a data protection authority. We handle requests in accordance with applicable law and may ask for proportionate information to verify that a request concerns your own data. We do not require wallet credentials or a payment to submit a privacy request.

Where consent is the legal basis for processing, you may withdraw it. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Where relevant law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent for requested updates, performance of our terms for providing the dashboard you request, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the website, and applicable legal obligations.

International access

RHCards LLC is based in the United States. Our website can be accessed from other countries, and service providers may process information in countries with different privacy laws. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, those requirements apply to the processing.

Children’s information

The website, dashboard, and waitlist are intended for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact hello@rhcards.fun so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our practices or legal obligations change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. Where the law requires additional notice or consent for a change, we will provide it.
